Amber Heffner is the Executive Director of Illinois Digital Educators Alliance (IDEA), a non-profit organization dedicated to providing professional opportunities to educators throughout Illinois. IDEA is the Illinois affiliate of the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE®), the premier nonprofit organization serving educators and education leaders committed to empowering connected learners in a connected world. Amber has a Bachelor of Science in Education, a Master of Science in Counseling and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership. Amber recently earned her ISTE Certified Educator certification. Her background as a coach, a teacher, a counselor, and a school administrator created a number of unique educational experiences on which she draws from in her role today. Amber strives to empower educators with support, valuable professional development, resources and networking opportunities that support their personal growth to be the best they can be for students.

Jeremy Glauser is the founder and CEO of eLuma. Presenter: Mindy Hintze, eLuma VP of Services, former Special Ed Teacher
Mindy Hintze is the Vice President of Services at eLuma. She is an accomplished educator, mental health provider, and EdTech leader. She started her professional career as a classroom teacher in special education. Her passion for social-emotional learning and helping students develop empathy and self-awareness inspired her to pursue a master’s degree in counseling psychology so she could work in and promote mental health. Seeing an opportunity to create an even greater impact, she eventually transitioned into the EdTech space, where she has worked with countless schools to improve student success and inspire change in education. As a part of this, she has helped thousands of teachers successfully develop their online teaching skills.

Presenter: Tiffany Voigt, CCC-SLP
Tiffany Voigt is the Director of Services, East at eLuma Online Therapy. She has provided speech and language pathology services in a variety of settings including schools, telepractice, private practice, and acute and long-term care over the past 19 years. Tiffany became a speech and language pathologist after seeing the importance of communication skills for success in school, work, and social engagement at all age levels. With her experience in a variety of settings, Tiffany has learned the skills in the importance of communication and preparing engaging and effective activities for success in online therapy. Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and twin daughters, traveling, gardening, and cooking.

Presenter: Justine Jones, MSOT
Justine Jones has been an occupational therapist for eLuma for the past 5 years. She has been an OT for 12 years, with work in virtual schools (k12), inpatient/outpatient pediatrics and early intervention for eight of those years. She enjoys learning and adapting strategies to help students in the virtual setting with building their skills in the following areas: handwriting, cutting, keyboarding, visual motor coordination, gross motor coordination, self regulation and sensory strategies for attention, self care, and collaboration as part of the team with their teachers and families. Justine enjoys being outdoors with her dog, playing backyard sports, listening to music and spending time with family and friends.
