In this profile, we feature Mindy Hintze, who is our Vice President of Customer Experience.
It is always an honor to celebrate the successes of someone you know personally. Mindy Hintze is a leader in education. Most people start teaching to improve their students’ lives; only a few have the drive to inspire change like Mindy Hintze.
Throughout the years, she has organized everything from student council advisors to national education initiatives. In her professional journey, she has taught French to middle schoolers, life skills courses to inmates, and software to district supervisors. She has supported innovation in schools by integrating technology into the classroom through hours of in-person training, years of product development, and, most of all, listening and answering people’s questions as they transition into new models of learning. Mindy lives life doing what she loves and actively seeks opportunities for others to love what they do.
Her composure during COVID-19 impacted the services of thousands of students. eLuma is lucky to have her as VP of Customer Experience, and as someone who knows her personally, I’ve become braver from her example.
